The idea of the Quick-Snap Cargo strap seen over the shoulder of the model here, is that it carries a third camera that can be switched onto the Type C (seen here on the chest of the model), thus replacing one of the cameras on the Type C...

So, let's say you shoot with three cameras carrying 28mm / 35mm / 90mm and you are shooting in a situation where the two most useful focal lengths to have on your chest are the 28 and the 35... But now you move into a situation where what you are covering is better photographed with the 35 and the 90 - so, at this point, if you have both the Type C and the Quick-Snap straps, you can unclip the 28 from the Type C and put it on the Quick-Snap, whilst taking off the 90 to put in front of you on the Type C.

The Quick-Snap strap can also be used as a stand-alone strap to which you can clip different cameras - so you could, for instance, have a Rolleiflex or maybe a digital camera ready in your bag - set up with just the short straps we supply ready to attach to the main Quick Snap Cargo strap... And thus your camera bag won't be full of cameras with full straps but equipped instead just with the short clip-on straps; leaving your cameras uncluttered and not all tangled up in your camera bag.

Additional pairs of strap connectors with standard split rings, Hasselblad, Rolleiflex or Leica SL type looped strap ends can be ordered - just go to our Type C listing to order these.

The Quick Snap comes as standard with 35mm split ring Type C straps and with the shoulder pad fitted.

Pictured are Horst Fass - switching between a pairing of Leica M and Zeiss Contarex and then changing to a Leica M and another Leica with a Visoflex. In other period images, we see Dirck Halstead with his Leica M4 and Nikkormat and Jim Marshall at Woodstock with three of the five Leica M4s he used at the festival
