This version has (just like the Type C) quick-snaps at both ends of the neck strap, allowing for the rapid connection of different cameras.
Many users of the Type C buy extra sets of straps so that they they can switch out whichever camera they want to use on the Type C - a strap designed to carry two cameras...
Now, maybe, (just for example) you are shooting with two digital cameras on your Type C and you decide you want to switch one of the digitals for a film camera. You unsnap one of the digitals from the Type C and snap on your film camera - which will have spare Type C straps fitted to it. Now you have one film and one digital on your Type C but the other, third camera on your hands. If you are carrying a camera bag, you can stow it away...
OR
You can have a Strapateer Quick-Snap over your shoulder and carry that third camera on this strap ready to switch with one of the cameras on the Type C.
In addition to carrying a camera on the Quick-Snap, if you want to carry more cameras in your camera bag (maybe a medium format Hasselblad or Rolleiflex) additional pairs of strap connectors with standard split rings, Hasselblad, Rolleiflex or Leica SL type looped strap ends can be ordered - just go to our Type C listing to order these.
The Quick Snap comes as standard with 35mm split ring Type C straps and with the shoulder pad fitted.
